Off-site service from Molinari restaurantWe provide off-site catering in Stavropol and across the region: we bring the Molinari kitchen, tableware, furniture and staff to your venue — an office, a country house, an outdoor setting or a hall you have hired.
About us
Our catering is run by the same team that serves banquets in the restaurant: the chef, the event manager, the waiting staff and the bartender. We agree the menu in advance and cook it in our own kitchen, then finish and serve it on site — the dishes arrive hot.
We take care of the logistics, the table service and the clearing up afterwards. There is no need to look separately for cooks, tableware and equipment — everything arrives as one package.

The halls take different numbers of guests: Classic up to 200 people, Hermitage up to 200, Continent up to 200. We will find the right venue for your format.
Yes, this is arranged individually with the banquet service manager — please check the terms and the corkage fee when booking.
Ideally one to two months before the date. In peak seasons (summer and December) dates go early, so it is best to contact us as soon as possible.
Basic table setting and preparation of the hall are included in the hire. Additional decor, flowers and styling are arranged separately.
Yes. Lighting and sound equipment are included in the hall hire, and Continent additionally has screens on the walls.
Yes, you can book a room at the Continent hotel and stay overnight after the celebration.
The menu is created individually: our chef will suggest options based on your preferences, the style of service and your budget.
